Account and Data Deletion

In the app

1. Open Seyir and go to the Profile tab.
2. Open the Privacy settings page.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

What happens?

• Your account is put on hold for 30 days. If you open the app and sign in during that time, the deletion is cancelled.
• After 30 days your account and all of your data (saved places, routes, memories, photos, preferences) are permanently deleted.
• Data stored locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

If you cannot access the app

Email seyir.app.destek@gmail.com from the address on your account with "Delete my account"; we will process it within 30 days.

If you used the app as a guest you have no account; your data is only on your device and uninstalling the app removes it.
