1. Who we are

2. In short
- You are the only one who sees your data: saved places, routes and memories are never shared. There are no social features.
- No ads, no advertising ID, your data is never sold.
- Your location stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
- You can delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion).
3. What we process

Free text (search words, memory content) is not sent to analytics.
4. Third-party services
- Supabase: account and data hosting.
- Google (Firebase Crashlytics/Analytics, Sign in with Google).
- OpenFreeMap / OpenStreetMap: map tiles (your IP address reaches this service when you open the map).
- Wikimedia Commons: place photos (your IP address reaches it when photos load).
- Weather (MET Norway): a place's coordinates are sent, not your identity or location.
5. Your choices
- Location permission is optional.
- Analytics is off by default; toggle it in Settings > Privacy > Diagnostics. You can turn off crash reports there too.
6. Retention
Your account data is kept until you delete your account. After a deletion request your account is put on hold for 30 days; if you sign in during that time the deletion is cancelled. After 30 days your account and all related data are permanently deleted. Crash and analytics data are kept for a limited time per Google's settings.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
